Helen Chuma-Okoro is a Research Fellow at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS), Lagos, a Research Fellow of the Open African Innovation Research and Training (Open A.I.R.) Project, and Coordinator of Open A.I.R.’s West Africa hub in Lagos.
